【个人简介| Biography】

任弘妤之,女,讲师,管理学博士(西安交通大学),工商管理博士(DBA,英国威尔士三一圣大卫大学)。长期从事管理学、心理学、教育学与人工智能交叉领域研究,主持省部级科研项目、行业合作项目多项,参与国家自然科学基金项目研究。相关研究成果发表于SCI、SSCI及国际学术会议,并在英国管理学年会(British Academy of Management, BAM)等国际学术会议作学术报告。

Dr. Hongyuzhi Ren is a Lecturer at the School of Smart Tourism, Chengdu University of Information Technology. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from Xi’an Jiaotong University and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD), UK. Her research spans management, psychology, education, healthcare communication, and artificial intelligence. She has led and participated in multiple provincial, industry-funded, and National Natural Science Foundation projects. Her work has been published in SCI and SSCI journals and presented at international conferences including the British Academy of Management (BAM).

【学术创新| Research Contributions】

近年来围绕工作重塑(Job Crafting)、领导语言框架(Linguistic Framing)、AI驱动学习重塑(AI-Driven Study Crafting)以及疗愈重塑(Curing Crafting)等方向开展研究,提出了Golden-Mean Job Crafting(中庸工作重塑)、AI-Driven Study Crafting(AI驱动学习重塑)以及Curing Crafting(疗愈重塑)等原创性跨学科理论框架。

Her recent research focuses on Job Crafting, Linguistic Framing, AI-Driven Study Crafting, and Curing Crafting. She has developed several original interdisciplinary frameworks, including Golden-Mean Job Crafting (GMJC), AI-Driven Study Crafting (ASC), and Curing Crafting, extending behavioural science into educational and healthcare contexts.
